MARKETING MANAGER

* Directly Accountable to the expatriate Country Manager;
* You will be expected to coordinate and manage the BRAND DEVELOPMENT 
   and MARKETING COMMUNICATION ACTIVITIES aimed at generating BRAND 
   LOYALTY and sustaining BRAND LEADERSHIP.
* You will plan and integrate sound advertising, promotions, market research, and 
   distribution strategies encompassing the company's comprehensive product 
   portfolio founded on your profound understanding of the needs of a highly 
   segmented consumer market. (BELLOW THE LINE ACTIVITIES AND ABOVE 
   THE LINE ACTIVITIES).
* You will intensify the flow of new product introductions and keep the market 
   informed through press releases or events.

To meet the essential requisites of this demanding opportunity, you must be 
equipped with a university degree either local or overseas degree and with at 
least 5 to 7 years' marketing and / or sales experience (the last two or three 
years as a manager) honed in a multinational set up.

Ideally in your early to mid 30's, you must posses PROVEN TRACK RECORD 
growing your product responsibility to become preferred choices and leading 
market brands in CONSUMER GOOD INDUSTRY.

Your interactive communication skills, high level of integrity and credibility, 
effective planning and organizing skills are qualifications deemed essential for 
the post.
