Process Improvement Manager (Quality Black Belt) - PIM
Principal Duties
* Provide team leadership for Process Improvement Teams to reduce
defects & variation that enable cost reduction, loss avoidance
or revenue enhancement
* Facilitate quality and change management processes by identifying
customer needs and key drivers to reach customer satisfaction goals
and financial benefit
* Compile and maintain comprehensive documentation of Process
Improvement Team efforts
* Provide coaching on Quality tools and techniques including DMAIC,
DMADV and Process Management to Team Members
Personal Characteristics
* Energetic and highly driven individual
* Working knowledge of Financial Services or Consumer Banking
* MBA from recognized university
* Strong project management skills
* Strong quantitative and analytical skills including basic
statistical concepts
Team Leadership skills
* Solid communication presentation and facilitation skills
* PC skills: Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Mini Tab, Access
* Previous experience in Six Sigma Quality or Process Improvement
(preferred)
* Undergraduate degree in Engineering (preferred)
